Whilst most visitors flock to Occheutal/Serendipity beach and its accompanying nightlife, there are plenty of other places to watch the day come to an end: Otres and Independence beaches are both easily accessible whilst the islands off Sihanoukville’s coast – Koh Rong, Koh Russel and Koh Tonsay – are suitably off-grid and simply aching for wandering souls to enjoy the lightshow.
